一、结构特点

1、结构先进，性能优越：改变传统高压平衡技术，采用主、从杆的轴向低压平衡装置，受力平衡均匀，螺杆不变形，运行可靠稳定，无脉动，噪声小

2、对立设计，密封可靠：泵采用机械密封形式，密封腔压力与吸入压力想通，同时结构设计上对密封腔进行充分循环冷却，确保密封效果，无泄漏

3、优化改进，外形美观：改变传统的进、出口位置，使得泵进出口在泵两侧并形成一条直线，外形美观，同时在设计上就行创新，在用户不改变现场管线就可以实现进出口的转换

4、安全阀组件，保护产品安全：产品所配安全阀可以瞬间保护泵，防过载，但不能作为管道的溢流阀使用

5、泵芯组件，方便维修和配件更换：泵结构简单紧凑，泵芯总成采用组件式结构，可整体取出便于维修、维护

６、进出口多种组合形式，方便现场管道连接

右出左进：常规使用，无进口代号

左出右进：反向进口，进出口代号为ｚ

端进上出：尾端进口，进出口代号为ｄ

（备注：进出口相对位置方向为从驱动电机端向泵方向观察）

７、多种安装方式，更好的满足工况要求

卧式安装【h】：同意普及型，公共底座连接

支架式安装【f】(也称法兰式)：减少机组面积，同轴性好

立式安装【s】：大大缩小安装所需的横向空间，同轴性好

二、性能要求

1、介质润滑性要求：有润滑性或部分润滑性要求

2、介质颗粒要求：无固体颗粒

3、流量范围：5--5300l/min

4、工作压力：<=4mpa

5、转速要求：500--3000r/min

6、粘度范围：3--1500mm2/s

7、使用温度：0--150℃

8、允许吸上高度<=8m

选型提醒

Ø  选择产品时，需要注意泵进口流速（包括进口管线流速）。一般进口流速控制在1m/s以内，1~1.3m/s需要有条件选择，大于1.3m/s需要谨慎选择或者不选。

Ø  由于电机转速越高，泵进口的流速也大，可靠性会降低，应综合考虑泵的可靠性使用，电机的选择请根据泵的选型步骤中的推荐选取。

Ø  若传输介质的润滑性较好，且温度<=80℃，推荐使用内置轴承结构的泵，若传输介质的润滑性较差或温度>=80℃，推荐使用外置轴承结构的泵。

Ø  为了更好的避免杂质进入泵体内，建议在泵的进口钱配置过滤器，过滤精度为40目（过滤面积为过流通经的15-20倍）
