山东吉祥装饰建材有限公司是一家集集成吊顶、铝塑复合板、防火铝塑板、铝单板、硅酮胶等新型装饰材料的研发、生产、销售于一体的高新技术企业，公司成立于2003年，注册资本3188万元，位于费县探沂工业园，占地4万平方米。

公司于2007年通过ISO14001：2004环境管理体系认证和ISO9001：2000质量管理体系认证，同年被山东省科学技术厅认定为省级“高新技术企业”、省级“成长型企业”，公司注册的“中名”商标被山东省工商行政管理局认定为“山东省著名商标”；2008年，公司产品又通过欧盟CE认证，并首批通过中国建筑材料检验认证中心CTC认证，公司被评为山东省“守合同、重信用企业”和山东省第七届、第八届“消费者满意单位”，并被中国农业银行山东省分行评定为AA级信用企业；2009年，公司中名品牌系列产品被山东省质量技术监督局认定为“山东名牌产品”，公司被山东省高新技术企业认定管理机构认定为“高新技术企业”，被山东省知识产权局评为“山东省知识产权试点企业”。 2010年被山东省工商局评为“消费者满意单位”；同年“山东省著名商标”续评成功；2011年“中名”商标续评山东名牌成功；2012年10月公司和中国建材院、清华大学联合成立科技发展委员会，11月公司被认定为“铝塑行业常务副理事长单位”；2015年6月，“中名”商标被国家工商总局认定为“中国驰名商标”，同年12月，占地4万平方米的新厂区建成投产。公司在发展期间，国家领导人及地方领导多次视察公司。

Shandong Jixiang Decoration and Building Materials is an enterprise which specialized in research, production and marketing of integrated ceiling, aluminum composite panel, fireproof aluminum composite panel, aluminum panel, Silicone rubber. Established in 2003 , registered capital of 31.88 million yuan, which is located in Tanyi industry zone Fei County . Covering 40000 square meters.

The company got ISO14001:2004 Environment Management System Certification and ISO9001:2001 International Quality Management System Certification in 2007, and was honored ‘High and New Technology Enterprise ’ and ‘Developing Enterprise of Shandong Province’ in the same year. Our registered trademark ‘FAME’ was honored ‘Famous Trademark of Shandong Province’ by the Industrial and Commerce Bureau of Shandong . In 2008, our product passed the European CE certification, and We are China Building Materials Test and Certification Center CTC certified,  We got honor of ‘Good Credit Enterprise ’ and the ‘Consumer satisfaction Enterprises of seventh and Eighth session in Shandong Province ‘ , and we were classified as AA grade credit enterprise by the the Agricultural Bank of China Shandong Branch ; In 2009 Fame products was identified as ‘ Famous Trademark Product of Shandong ‘ , and  was identified as  ‘High and New technology Enterprise ‘ by the Certification of New Hi-tech Enterprises Administration, and was awarded ‘ Shandong provincial Intellectual Property Pilot Enterprises ‘ .
